An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Hi Brent, Thank you for the update and thank you for arranging the second crew. This is very encouraging for us on the strata's roofing committee as we worry about the weather and it's impact on job completion. We continue to be very satisfied with the work that Penfolds is doing. The owners have been very complimentary regarding the professionalism of Matt and the crew, their care and attention to detail, their constant clean up and the overall great look of the finished roofs. Matt has been of great help to us. He and our roofing consultant work well together and, together with us, resolve whatever issues come up. On behalf of the roofing committee, and the owners at Edenshaw, thank you for a good job so far. We are confident that this level of professionalism will continue throughout the remainder of phase 1 so that we can then move into phase 2 together early in 2015. Regards, Roger - West Vancouver

Thank you so much for the kind words Roger. When working with a strata it can be challenging to please everyone, but we maintain this as our ultimate goal. We really appreciate you taking the time out of your day to post this review. I will be sure to pass this along to all those involved and look forward to phase 2! It is a pleasure working with your strata. Shaun Mayhew
