Difficult skylight, beautiful outdoor deck, and fence repair.
Bigelow Construction’s work was excellent! They took on a very challenging skylight job that two previous contractors had refused to do, and did a lovely job of it. We have an old house in the Annex, with the result that there was a very large old wooden beam, and electrical wires, across the skylight, which meant that no other contractor would take on the job. Bigelow took it on and did a great job, right down to carefully matching the paint color and doing all finishing work and cleanup meticulously. The rear deck was replaced beautifully, and Bigelow implemented a number of improvements, such as redoing crumbling concrete piers, and extending the eavestrough drain right out to the garden surrounding one of our trees. Sam Bigelow and his team were all articulate, friendly and hard-working. They got all three jobs done in a little over a week. Thank you for a job well done!
