We had our plumbing upgraded by this company and the work was excellent- as was the price. The owner/operator is efficient, honest and has a good work ethic. I highly recommend him.

The contractor/owner Jeremy is punctual and uses quality procuct. Good work overall but there are a few bugs that the guy needs to come back for. If he comes through as he said he would I'l follow this review up with an excellent rating.
This is a very professional company (business since 1957) that was easy to deal with and finished the work in 2 hours. After getting a few quotes I found that for the cost (which included installing a whirly fan on the roof) these guys were very competitive as well as informative, I found there were a few contractors who wanted to just blow in fiberglass over existing fiberglass with no mention or knowledge of proper preparation or use of cellulose. I would definitely recommend these guys based on their professionalism, quality of products and services.
B&B replaced the front and back eavetroughs on the house. The crew of 2 was experienced, efficient and reasonably priced. They made sure all the drain systems were properly working before they finished. I would definitely use them again for eavetroughs.
I hired this company to do sidewalks and patio work around the house. The guy advertised that he had all kinds of experience and used quality concrete. After hiring the company and paying them, it was discovered that they had barely the experience they bragged about, nor did they perform the job to industry standards. Half of the job had to be redone. Lesson learned: make sure you see previous work done by the contractor before hiring them and never pay them until the job is done to industry standards.
The people at the warehouse were excellent and gave good information and product. The guys who installed the carpet were too rookie for the work. As we later noticed, the cuts were very poorly done near the walls and corners with gaps left in small sections. They gave us an initial estimate that was supposed to include underlay and seaming materials but then tried to add it on at the end. The lead guy was expert but his crew was so 'green' that the job was way below par of what I would call professional. I would buy the product from the store but I would never get installation from them again.
Jeff came within a few hours when our 3 year old furnace went on the blink. He tackled the problem with troubleshooting all within about 10 minutes. I would give Jeff 10 stars and the company 8 stars only because not all the employees are as efficient to that degree.
Thank you for the kind words. I am curious to know what made you uphappy with other employees. Please feel free to contact me at 780-450-4328 to discuss in further detail. Thanks. Sunny Dosanjh.
Vinyl floor and carpet replacement
The guys at the store are very good except when the vinyl was cut it was off a couple inches which they blamed on their machine. The installers are ok. The prices are excellent.
Furnace installation and service
These guys were ultra professional with good product- Lennox. Even after the installation they came back a couple times to make sure things were up to par. I would and have recommended this company. We're also going to use them for our garage heater installation.
We really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us! –Cait
Home Depot installed a front door in the middle of winter. The people at the store are definietly great but some of the contractors are a hit and miss. The front door they installed had a 6" not 4" casing. The workmanship was below par primarily due to the wrong size of door. Its functional but definitely not aesthtic. We didn't notice the casing until after the installation. The store washes their hands cleans after a certain time period so we were sol.
The company made a quote for a shower install and then added in extra time from the original quote. The office rep, when confronted with the bill, double talked her way through by rounding up all the hours which actually meant double billing on top of changing the rates originally quoted. Instead of doing the right thing and compensating the customer for the mistake, the company decided to justify all of their numbers, even though they didn't gel. Even though the plumber was good, the company ethics are marginal. The girl who originally made the quotes conveniently doesn't work at the office although she apparently is an off and on 20 year employee. I would never recommend this company to anyone because they didn't honor their original quote. I hope enough people read this to make sure if they need a plumber, make sure the quote includes everything, especially all the hidden costs. The company even added in an estimate for another job and charged it to the shower install. The office rep double-talked this added cost as well so there was no acknowledgemnet based on actual fact written on the bill. There are alot of good plumbers out there but its the companies like this you have to watch out for.
