I found Mike on Facebook during a stressful separation and purchase of a new property. This property needed a big facelift. Mike was able to take my vision, my budget and timeline and produced an amazing finish!! He was professional AND friendly, his crew amazing, and professional as well. The site was cleaned and organized during the work. Mikes communication was fantastic, prompt and he took the time to explain and deal with my indecisiveness of paint colour!! There are too many positives to list. He will be my go to contractor for future work. He has come to the rescue to help with a situation even after the project was over and not even related. Mike made my transition smooth during the most stressful time in my life. You won’t be disappointed. This is only a portion of the work. The job included : pot lights, new flooring throughout, trim, baseboards throughout, sinks and toilets, removal of popcorn ceiling, gas lines, paint throughout. Approx 4 weeks, on budget.

We are not handy people, and I am not familiar with landscaping, and will never get it right. We wanted to add to our backyard - to add comfort and more greenery. Matt has been our landscaper year after year. Last year he did new sod and front garden. This spring, our new lawn came back green without weeds. For those who think lawns are maintenance free are very wrong. Matt and his crew who are always professional, polite, and reliable came to plant cedars and put together a gazebo. I can always trust that it will look great and done right every time!!

After getting concrete, walkways, and new porch, the last was to plant and create a garden. Of course we called Matt, as he has done great work for us over the years. He came, quoted and started the job within a timeline suitable due to weather and other commitments. The island and new sod looks perfect. His crew is hardworking and polite. When a few items weren’t my preferred choice, it was quickly changed and made perfect. We will always recommend and use AMC for all of our projects.

This summer we did a pool project. We had a great experience with most contractors except for our fence/deck/shed guy. He was the guy that you would run from. We called Matt to make our construction project look perfect. He came, listened to our issues from the previous contractor. He made everything easy, non stressful. He went above and beyond by fixing the crap from the other contractor. He squeezed us in during the peak season and after catching up after a rainy spring. Everything was done in a timely manner at a reasonable price! We of course will call Matt again for our next project!
