This is the second time we have used Sean Moss Home Inspection Services, and he is the only inspector we would use in the future. He was thorough, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. A lot of home inspectors refuse to do certain things, but Sean did everything within the bounds of safety that he could. He even chit-chatted with the neighbors to get the history of the reno's to the house. The color-coded report with photos was excellent. Thank you Sean!
