Hot water tank cleaning & furnace
we have had a Rinnai hot water heater for almost 5 years and recently found out they are to be flushed out every so often.We tried to contact the co. that sold it to us via the internet and when we asked who serviced them, MacKays name came up. we called them and a gentlemen came out to take a look. I guess there had been a misunderstanding when my husband called in so this chap recomended we have our furnace done at the same time. It is almost 10 yrs old and Fred came out and in no time had the hot water tank taken care of and also spotted some possible problems with our furnace. He promptly ordered the part for us and is coming back tomorrow to install it. If he hadn't been so thorough, we may have had problems down the road. Thanks very much.. This kind of honesty is most appreciated ..
