Needed a contractor to install a back flow preventer on our main sewer line. Had 3 contractors provide quotes. One large plumbing / drains company had pushy tactics, the other seemed unprofessional. Valentin had the best explanation of the issues and the process, he was also was patient and professional in his approach, and priced competitively, so we went with him. He kept us in the loop as to when he was coming and came exactly when promised. His crew was courteous and professional and very efficient, and he came by to verify all was done to our satisfaction afterwards. IN short, very good experience.
