We had hail and wind damage, covered by insurance but were not happy with the roofer the insurance company suggested. After a number of quotes from various "reputable" roofers we finally settled on Done Rite. That was in November and December of 2013. Done-Rite did the roof in one day in January, and we were very satisfied with the job. There was no debris left from the job site, they installed an additional roof vent and provided professional follow-up.

We found Marvin from West Valley to be good to work with, knowledgeable and well informed. He is somewhat difficult to get a hold of. We had an insurance replacement of our main floor and chose to upgrade to a hardwood engineered product. the flooring was done in a professional manner and we are extremely pleased with the floor and the installation. On the second story, we replaced the existing carpet with new carpet. We are very pleased with the product, and very pleased with the installation. Our only complaint is that the installers did not clean up after themselves. They left piles of carpet fibre all over the floor, replaced large furniture over the carpet fibres without cleaning where the furniture was and left hand prints and smudges on the doors that they removed and replaced. There were also numerous staples and nails left on the carpet. We would certainly recommend the company, but also recommend that the cleanup be put in writing.
