Our experience working with Mark was exceptional. He's great at communicating, respects you as a client (your budget, your feedback, your time), and is involved in the process from beginning to end. W found he regularly kept us in the loop and made sure we were happy while the job was in progress, instead of leaving it until the end to make sure we were satisfied.
