It was my first experience with home inspection and all that I can say is "WOW". I never thought that home inspection can be so much time consuming. But Yuri was very thorough and detailed. The inspection took almost four hours, and he gave us a narrative report with digital pictures and many-many recommendations. Yuri did not leave anything out of his sight. He explained to us what he was doing, showed how he saw the things and what did he see, and at the same time made notes in his tablet PC and took photos.
