Hi Karl, We are extremely happy with our new patio door. The look is totally updated and we are sure noticing the difference in the temperature of our kitchen with the new door in place. It is a vast improvement over the old, drafty slider which we replaced. The installer was very pleasant and did a nice job of installing the door. The casing he put on looks great and he left the job site clean. He also went through all the features of the new door with me. All in all, it has been a very good experience and we could not be happier with our new door. We did have a major competitor try to put down the service as well as the quality of the product which Supreme Windows was to provide us with. Both of these claims have proven to be untrue and we are very pleased with our new door and the service we have received from Supreme Windows. Mitzi Johnson
