I have been getting my water tested at Mermaid since installing a new hot tub last fall and have purchased chemicals and supplies as well. The service I have received has been top notch, fast and always friendly. The staff have helped me out with advice when I needed it and have done extra tests when necessary. A special mention for Chris Bjornestad in the sales department is in order since he recommended an electrician and a landscaper to facilitate installation of the hot tub. Both of these contractors did excellent work, on time and co-ordinated well with the delivery schedule. The landscaper even volunteered to do some extra unrelated work at no extra charge.
