An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Greater Toronto Contractors helped with the renovation of our basement which we turned into a basement apartment, living area, for our son. We did not just need a basement area to relax but a bathroom, kitchen, bedroom and living area to be created. With so many needs in 1 area it was overwhelming trying to figure out where we should start. We knew that many experts would need to be contacted in order to get our renovation needs handled. We search online for a few places and although it was a toss-up between 3 we decided on GTC. As a company it seems as though they are always working to serve us personally. Although we know they have many clients, whenever we needed to talk with them it was never a problem. They brought a lot of pride to their work and it showed with the final result. Our son loves his new space and we do too. I recommend GTC to everyone I know that is doing a renovation.
