Paul and his crew just finished a two day job at my house. They did a patio, garden bed and some river rock at the back, replaced the stairs, did a garden wall, river rock garden and laid some sod in the front. Paul is a very easy person to deal with, and his crew is amazing. You can tell it's not just a job for them, they are very dedicated and proud of the quality of work they do. My wife and I gave some insight into what we were looking for, but trusted Paul's judgement and recommendations based on his Home Stars rating and his experience. He made several recommendations that really improved the end result of the job. Paul came within a couple days of me contacting him for a quote. When they came to do the work, we had changed our minds on a few things, and he was quick to adapt. They just finished today, and several neighbours have already come by and complimented on how professional the work looked. One even asked for his number so he can could get them to do some work at his house. Paul is very busy, but still manages to reply very quickly. Overall, we were very satisfied with the whole experience, and would not hesitate to recommend Falco Landscaping to any of our friends.

I contacted Lumsden late 2013 for a quote. They were very quick to get back to me indicating that they were on vacation and would contact me once they were back. Upon return from vacation towards the start of January, they were quick to come out for a quote. Jesse came out around Jan 14th. He was really nice and helpful, but did not seem very interested in the job.He left stating that he would provide a quote for the work. It is now over a month later, and I have yet to hear back from them even after a follow up e-mail. I can't comment on their work, but I can comment on their professionalism. Over 1 month for a quote, and ignoring a follow-up isn't a good sign of things to come if I were to do business with them. I was hoping to get this project done for my daughters first birthday. When they didn't contact me, I was was fine since they only came out two weeks prior. I definitely wanted it done before my wife had to go back to work. Now that it's been over once month since they have contacted me, we will not meet that milestone. Thank you Lumsden.
