Our apartment stood on the market for 4 months because I thought it was clean, empty, newly painted and polished with super upgrades. It did bug our minds each month as we kept dropping our sale price and as the sellers’ market time started overlapping Christmas holidays. The elevator needed two weeks advance notice for booking, and things were to be snuck in with the help of the concierge and my daughter. It had to be done before admin staff came in at 9 am. She called the movers and came herself and I am sure it was her helpful spirit that all came in order. The admin staff came an hour earlier and instead of being a hindrance they waived the green flag as a onetime helpful gesture. My daughter’s classmate also came along and helped the movers. Within an hour she was already half way into staging the apartment. That evening I received photographs that made me cry. I had never seen what potential my apartment had and it was dressed to go for the queen’s ball. Eva had proven to .be the fairy in charge, and she had still another surprise for us, she further reduced the service cost using items that were in the apartment. Thank God I was not in the city, because if you could have felt the big hug I sent you eve your slender form would be hurting. God Bless you!!
