I am writing this letter of reference due to the exceptional quality and service I received from Brampton Kitchens for the design and install of my kitchen. From the moment we walked in the door of the showroom we were impressed. Unlike most kitchen showrooms they were able to demonstrate their craftsmanship, quality and selection. We were immediately greeted by the receptionist and told that it would be a little bit of a wait for a salesman to assist us since we did not have an appointment and it was very busy but feel free to look around and see if there was anything that suited our needs. We were drawn to a set of cabinets on the floor that was exactly what we were looking for. This was a welcome change from a selection of doors and paint chips that many of the competitors use. After about 1/2 hour a salesman came to meet us. The salesman we dealt with was Luke and after visiting several other kitchen companies he was a very pleasant change from what we had come to expect. He was very up front and knowledgeable and was able to explain their process very easily. We set up an appointment for Luke to come to our house and look at possible options for our kitchen design. Given we are in an older smaller house with limited space we knew it would be difficult to make changes. We were pleasantly surprised when Luke was able to offer several recommendations and inform me of challenges and potential hidden costs with each. We agreed on a design and Luke took measurements to give us a price. The next day we went back to meet him and go through the options that dictate the price. We opted for the higher end Blum hardware which we knew would increase the cost but also the quality. Luke was quickly able to calculate all costs and give us an immediate quote. We decided to go with this design and as promised the kitchen was completed on time. When the installers came I was not happy with one of the upper cabinets as it was out of proportion with one of the lower cabinets. After a quick call a second truck arrived and took the cabinet and before the rest was installed they had returned with a new cabinet. After all the install was complete and the sink and counters were installed we noticed the back of the lower cabinets was unfinished looking due to the back board on the lower cabinets. We called Luke and he came to inspect and had a service call done within a few days with a simple strip of trim that gave it that finished look.
