Trevor was very prompt in coming to see what we needed when we requested for a quote and advice on our old roof. He gave us the pros and cons of fixing our old roof vs replacing it and we hired him to replace it. This is our first time working with him and we are very satisfied with his work. He communicates and responds promptly and is great to deal with. Their team completed the work in one day and we are very happy with it so far. It’s only been a few weeks and we are hoping that our roof will continue to be in great shape. I recommend Trevor and his company!

Jaz did a great job at our house. Job was done professionally. The price was very reasonable also. There was an additional work he had to do because the tiling guy accidentally punched a new hole in the bathroom while putting the tiles and Jaz just included it for free. I definitely recommend Jaz to anyone looking for some drywalling work.

Chris did a great job at inspecting the homes that we wanted to buy. He was very thorough and paid very good attention to detail. We asked if we could observe him the entire time while he did the inspection and he was perfectly fine with it. He enthusiastically explained everything that he was doing. My partner knows a lot about houses, but I am new to investing and inspecting houses. Chris impressed both of us so much. He was able to answer my partner’s questions about the home and explain to me the things that I didn’t know about. I really like that he really cares about his job and wants to be very good at it. That really helps us a lot especially when we are going to spend a lot of money in our house purchases. It helps when the inspector cares about doing a great job and Chris does. Chris was very happy to answer all our questions even after the inspection. That means a lot to us. His inspection report is very clear and complete with all the information we needed to make a decision. It was very easy to understand and very well done. He has definitely helped us a lot with our decision on whether to invest in the home or not. We are very happy we hired him. We are investors and we will continue to buy and we are definitely going to hire Chris again. We are recommending him to our friends as well.

We are so happy we found Sean online! He did a really great job with the home inspection that we hired him for. My boyfriend is an investor has has bought many houses. He's dealt with many different inspectors, but none of them really impressed him. We needed to have a home inspection for a house that I was going to buy so we went online to see what our other options for inspectors are and we found Sean to have the top rating and decided to contact him. We wanted to schedule it on a Saturday because we wanted to be there for the inspection. Sean had personal plans then, but was very kind and accommodating that he moved it to do our inspection! We are so grateful about that. We wanted to understand and learn about the inspection as well and he allowed us to be with him as he did the inspection. He was also explaining his findings as he went along and it was very educational for us. We now know more things to look out for the next time we look at houses. He found major issues from the house that we didn't see and think about. He was very thorough in his inspection. My boyfriend who's dealt with many inspectors said that Sean is hands down the best inspector he's seen. The major issues he found in the house saved us a lot of money! If he didn't find those, we would not have known about it and would have gone through with the deal and would have spent so much money on a house that was not worth it at all. I very highly recommend Sean. I will be contacting him again when I find another house that I want to buy.
