The technician was polite and punctual. He worked quickly and efficiently and was very knowledgable. He worked in a cramped cupboard in the kitchen to install the drinking water filter and did a really good job. I found that although the service was good, it was quite expensive. The above cost does include the cost of replacing one of the water filters, but we still found this to be rather expensive.
