Central vac motor failed and I had a hard time finding the part. Mike ended up giving me a better motor (more suction and built in cooling), and installed it with a new circuit board and enclosure lid. Very accommodating and prices were reasonable.

When our floor drain backed up sewage a few days before Thanksgiving, with a new baby in the house, we were not happy. They came out and tried to unblock the drains from the inside, but it turned out that exterior excavation was needed (a city tree had roots in our drain) and the trap was plugged up. I don't know how it worked up until that day! They did everything - called the city works dept, got the permits and inspector to come out as needed, helped us with the city's paperwork to get a grant for a portion of the cost. I felt confident in their work.
