Our real estate agent had recommended “Refine & Design” and another contractor for our renovations. After going through a quoting process with both contracting groups we decided to work with “Refine & Design” who, in our opinion, provided a fair quote. We also found it very helpful that Sam, the owner of “Refine & Design”, was willing to aide us with everything from design ideas to budgeting breakdowns. However, we would like to see Sam provide invoices that clearly and thoroughly document the step-by-step processes and components of the renovation, to provide a clear idea of the breakdown costs of the project as it develops. It is also important that the customer is made aware of how the renovation might change throughout the process and how to adjust the budget to meet the intended finished project. Overall, we are very happy with the job that Refine and Design did for us.
