We had a bad experience. He came to replace the fuse in the Hood-top Microwave. The Microwave stopped working within 24 hrs. When we called back he demanded more money and said it was a different problem that would cost 3-4 times the cost. He wouldn’t refund the money. We engaged someone else to fix the MW and were told he put the wrong fuse and an older fuse. When we called back to ask for explanation, he was defiant and said “You ain’t getting back the money”. Good Luck with your experience, we will never use this guy again.
