Chose these guys becasue they are a Samsung Warranty Dealer. Luke came and trouble shot and suspected the pump. Arrived next day with a new pump - impressive turn around time. Went to install and found our existing pump was just plugged. Unplugged it and put back together for a nominal charge and its working great now. He could have easily ignored the plug and installed the new pump for a much higher cost to us. We now have a new favourite appliance repair company!

First one of these I have ever written. I had Protect supply and install an Empire Direct Vent 35,000 BTU furnace in my garage last fall. Rick came out and spec'd the job himself, asked the right questions and gave lots of good advice. The install was done quickly, as previously discussed and quoted - no issues. This will be the company I will be calling for furnaces and gas fitting from now on. Got to admit though, the story on their website about their former Public Relations Manager was a big reason I chose them.
