Repair of Expresso/ Coffee Maker
I was given the name of RA Bulter as an approved dealer for Delonghi. I had to bring my machine in 3 times and it took 4 months. They were NOT trained to service this machine and I was always waiting for parts etc. I finally called Delonghi directly and was promised a new replacement machine. Two times (four trips) I would be told that my machine was fixed and bring it home and test it and it would be still broken- you wonder if they even bothered to test it at RA Bulter. DON"t Waste your time going to R.A Bulter- go somewhere else.

Back when you posted this in 2009......When the Delonghi Automatic Espresso units came out there was a few months when nobody was trained until Delonghi held there training sessions. We also let all our customers know this so there was no surprises. Unfortunately waiting for parts from manufacteurs is a part of daily business in the repair world. I wish we could stock every part but thats just not possible. Sounds like your issue is with the manufacteur. I apologize. Regards, Craig
