We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Vicman and his team for their quality work, fair pricing, diligent attention to detail and their cheerful and pleasant manner. Our plan had been to replace our roof shingles and flat roof covering, and then in a separate project replace our aluminum gutters, soffits and faschia. We contacted Vicman to quote on the aluminum work, and when we learned he did roofing work as well we contracted him for both jobs. He coordinated the two tasks seamlessly. We're extremely pleased with the work that Victor and his team completed on our home. We had new shingles laid over the older ones, a new flat roof overlay installed, and all new aluminum eavestroughs, soffits, faschia, and porch ceiling. The work was completed quickly and efficiently, and our property was left very clean and tidy. Throughout the process Victor and his team were open to consultations, questions, and suggestions - in the end the results were even better than we had envisioned. We're particularly pleased with the porch ceiling.

Company owner Chris Armstrong, crew chief Germaine, and the rest of the Ontario Basement Lowering team provided excellent service, were very professional and did a spectacular job when we had our basement lowered by two feet, new underpinning installed, water and sewage replaced, and a new concrete floor poured. He was very thorough and before the project got underway explained different options and costs, patiently answered all of our many questions, and outlined what to expect during the whole process. He also did a great job of smoothly coordinating other individuals that needed to be involved at various stages (e.g. plumber, city building inspector, the concrete floor gang, etc). At each phase Chris' team made sure we were satisfied with the results, and they were able to accommodate our design adjustments during construction. They were punctual, hard-working, extremely efficient, responsive to our requests, polite and well-mannered and were a pleasure to have on our property. They were also respectful of our neighbours and their property. The results are exemplary, and we couldn't be more pleased. The project was completed on time and on budget - exactly as it had been quoted.
