Dan has been doing projects for me for many years, including, plumbing, painting, installing hardwood flooring, bathroom renovation, installing track and blinds, to name a few, He has always been on time, provided quality work and the prices are reasonable. Dan often offers suggestions that result in a more useful result and less expensive way of doing things.
