I had Brock come to my home for an estimate which turned into a deposit that very night. It was a custom made window so it took some time to be ordered and manufactured but still arrived earlier than or sales rep Bill gave for an estimated time line. As soon as the window was available customer service called to arrange the installation. Our installer showed up (early) and dropped runners throughout my home to protect my floors. Kamar is a really happy person who works hard, polite, and efficient. Asking right before he started if the window was still where I wanted it before cutting into the wall. From arrival at 9am he was out of my driveway by noon (he even closed my gate and picked up the debris). He even went over my invoice with me to ensure I received the product I ordered and all items were accounted for and installed. He dropped by 3 days after the install to shave down the insulation at the frame of the window to ensure a finishing touch. This is a company you want to invest in for service, you defiantly get what you pay for and won't regret it.
