An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I had my Amana washer machine stopped working all of the sudden & it didn't drain the water. I was so panicked because I have 2 small babies & I really use the washer every single day. I called JSN Appliances Repair & Sam answered the phone, he discussed the problem with me & he had no opening for that day. Sam was really so appreciated he said to me that he’ll try to squeeze me in. He came the same day as he promised me to squeeze me in, Sam was very polite, honest, fair in his charges & has an excellent customer service & technical skills. He found the problem within a very short time & fixed the washer in the same visit. Not only that but he was more than courteous & called me the next day to make sure that the washer is working fine. Thank you Sam so much for fixing my washer!!!!
