No need to look further, DrainWorks is all you need! I was so impressed by the excellent customer service provided, I had to spread the word. From the very moment I got on the phone with DrainWorks, their overly experienced and certified Technicians understood exactly the problem I was experiencing from a leak in one of my pipes and knew right away what needed to be done. Eddy took the time to explain me the problem in details in terms I could understand, made recommendations, clearly laid down my options, made suggestions and answered all my questions. Some of the suggestions they gave me didn't even require their services and he was honest enough to propose them to me anyway; in tough economic recession times like what we're facing today where most people are looking to get work signed, I was so impressed by his honesty...I couldn't ask for more! I was then transferred to John Paul the Dispatcher who was very courteous and professional in providing phone customer service to book an appointment to send over one of their technicians for the very next day! Chris the certified Technician was right on time first thing in the morning (got in even 10 minutes early) and fixed the problem in a blink of an eye...I couldn't ask for anything better. He was polite, clean, fast & efficient. Thanks again Chris! They even had the courtesy to take the time to call after the service to make sure I was happy with the job. All I expected was great service, but what I got was EXCEPTIONAL & PROFESSIONAL service! DrainWorks, works! – Highly recommended!!
