Mike responded to request for quote quickly. He clearly explained what he includes in his basic service which included everything to complete the job. He arrived on day promised and completed the work to our satisfaction. It is 3 months later and it looks great, a hard smooth surface with no additional asphalt degradation. I intend to call him back in 2-3 years for recoating as recommended.

We are extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with Battikha. Our system keypad, sensors and doorbell were installed by an installer that seemed to be in a rush. Some properly some sloppy. The doorbell camera worked for several months then we started getting a purple hue when viewing. We called and left several messages looking for help before we received a call back. Their solution was to reset the camera as per manufacturer instructions. This did not work. Eventually the camera stopped working. We tried to reset and got it to work for 24hours twice before it stopped working completely. They refuse to send out a technician to fix this even though we pay $79.00 month. I don't know why they refuse to send out a technician to fix. This system is $5300.00 . This company is not good to use.

Out of the 4 Landscape Contractors I had quote on this project Tomer was the only one to spend enough time to review my sketches and discuss details that will work and the ones that were not going to work before work started. Tomer listed carefully the project from start to finish including inclusions and exclusions. He set out a timeline and kept it. The crew that he sent were polite, diligent and fully equipped. As i watched them work I was impressed with how hard they worked to get all the details just right. The finished patio is even better than we expected. My wife is very pleased. Thank you Tomer and crew at Living Construction.

I had a very satisfied experience from initial request for quote to finish. Guerman the representative for Sapphire returned my call for quote promptly and made a timely appointment. He made a thorough inspection and measurement. He presented me with a clear detailed written estimate quote and took the time to explain each line to make sure I understood. He answered all questions. After we gave Guerman the go ahead the crew came to our home on the promised date with all supplies and equipment. The crew completed the promised roof replacement and even replaced some of the plywood sheathing that they felt was not good anymore. They cleaned my plumbing vents because they noticed that they were partially blocked. They cleaned up all around my home and left so clean that you would not know they were there. Guerman came later that day to make sure all was done properly and to give us their added warranty. About a week after we were contacted to again make sure all is well. We are extremely satisfied with the work Sapphire did. You will not be disappointed if you call Sapphire.
