An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I really liked that their salesperson was punctual and took his time to thoroughly explain our options and the entire process. His down-to-earth, low pressure approach made us feel comfortable. Installers came as scheduled and created minimum inconvenience even though they did the whole house. After a couple of days, I noticed that the porch door was closing a bit too hard and called them, the foreman came back the very next day and adjusted it. Again, he was polite, tidy and really took his time to make it perfect. We honestly felt like these people cared!
