I am so happy I called husky heating and air conditioning. They provide amazing service and honestly I am so happy. My son hasn't coughed since they left and he used to cough 50-100 times a day. I HIGHLY recommend them. They were fast efficient and reliable. They showed up at 9:40am and were all done by 10:45am. My house smells great and I can tell the air is so much cleaner. Honestly I cannot say thank you enough

I am quite disappointed. The movers showed up 45 minutes late. Then my husband had to do ALOT of the work. He helped them bring down a lot of the furniture. He had to disassemble the fridge because the guys were just standing there doing nothing until my husband saw and decided to take matters into his own hands and do it. We were promised mattress bags but we only got our bed seran wrapped. Then folded my expensive king bed in half and now it's bent in the middle. While trying to push the bed out (cause they folded it) they broke the door frame and hubby fixed it, not them. If they wouldn't of folded it, it wouldn't of been so hard. I trusted the reviews and booked with them but for 700 for 4.5 hours (should of been way longer cause they were slow but thank god hubby helped) I am disappointed. I thought getting a moving company was supposed to do the work for you? The gentlemen were nice but again for 700 I could of rented a truck and done it ourselves since hubby did ALOT of work (he was drenched in sweat, when we shouldn't be helping)

Dear Laura,
Thank you very much for your business and please let me reply to your feedback. First of all, let me remind you that initially we booked your moving for 8-9 A.M. But, then you decided to postpone it because you were getting your keys only around 5 PM. So, to avoid paying my movers for extra hours, you asked us to start moving later, like at 2:30 PM. There wasn’t any problem with that, but we gave you a time frame when we could come: from 2:30 to 4 PM. We arrived at 3:15 PM. The crew which I personally had sent to you consisted of most experienced movers, working for me for at least 5 years. Commonly, a 3 bedroom house moving takes about 6-8 hours. We finished it in 4 hours and I find it great. The payment of 700$ that you paid us include: loading, unloading, additional charge for appliances (fridge, washing machine and dryer) as well as tips that you kindly offered to my movers. We appreciate it very much and it is very weird to here that you aren’t satisfied with our services after giving our movers a 150$ tip. As about damages, you better ask your husband. He’ll tell you the whole situation and the truth, since person who loves you will not lie. Personally, I do not lie to my wife. :)

We believe it is Little pricey but it's great furniture. We had to go out & purchase more bolts cause we're shorted. That was the only thing we didn't like about the furniture.

At KIDS, we sell only Canadian made Crib products and you are correct in that they are a little more expensive than import products. I am sorry to hear that you were missing some hardware and that you went out to purchase additional hardware. At KIDS we stand behind every order and would have been more than pleased to get you any missing hardware. Unfortunately, we have no record that we were notified of the missing items. In any event, we would be more than pleased to reimburse you for any costs associated with you sourcing the hardware elsewhere.
