Great experience with 911 Appliences repair services. Our dryer stopped working and Eugeny had answered immediately and after asking for a model and nature of the problem had scheduled a visit later on the same day. By the end of the day problem was fixed. In addition to outstanding professional service, Eugeny was very approachable and answered all questions we had in regards to appliances. He also explained why it is important to do annual maintenance of a dryer to prevent potential fire, something we were never told by manufacturer or reseller.

We had drain blockage in our basement and smelly water was backing up every time we used dishwasher. In spite of early morning hours and snow storm, Slavic has arrived in two hours. Over a phone he explained to us possible causes and resolutions and explained which tools he is working with. Slavic arrived at time and performed his work with a great level of professionalism, explaining and showing to us every step. Slavic is using modern equipment such as plumbing video camera which allows him to see what is happening inside the pipes. Work was completed in a very reasonable time; the place was even neater then before and charges absolutely reasonable. I would highly recommend Slavic to anyone who is looking for a perfect combination of work professionalism and excellent customer service.
