Called Steve about some parging work that need some repair touch up, he came to look and said he would send someone over to take care of it, the job was done very well, and they took the time to clean up after, will be using them again in the near future for other work I need done
The front walk on my house was dark it was only lighted by solar lights. Wanted to have better lighting so called Java Electric. Antonio came over and installed an extra light on the front of the garage, 2 on the side and one on the back. Now my walk way is nice and bright, very pleased with the work that he did . He was very knowledgable and professional. I would definately recommend Java Electric to anyone, you won't be sorry.
I am very please with the work done on my roof. From the lady that answered the phone when I first called to the workers that did the work , everyone was very friendly and professional. Ariel, their sales representative was extremely knowledgeable and friendly . The work was done all in one day and they cleaned up everything before they left. Job well done!
Brick repointing and wall repair
Needed repair on bricks and wall. Called Steven for a quote, he arrived on time, he was very good to explain what would be involved in the repair, and how long it would take, . Asked about doing a full wall and he advised that it didn't need to be done right away and would be very expensive. He explained that it would be better to do the work as needed . I was very impressed with his honesty and he did a very good job on the repair. I am definately going to use him again.

Couple of years ago David Snell installed a patio door for us. The door from the beginning had draft problems and we went through a couple of winters with ice forming on the inside of the door. After many many calls from the beginning to David and 7 people coming out to view the problem on many different occasions nothing was ever resolved . We finally gave up on this issue , called it a lesson learned and replaced the door with another contractor. It was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience.

Our patio door supplier has an outstanding record of quality and a lifetime warranty
We install in excess of 300 patio doors each year and there is the very odd warranty claim but if there was an issue of any kind they promise "the most comprehensive warranty" and they are true to this.
No window or door company can ever promise NO condensation or even frost in an extreme cold situation where interior moisture is high enough but the Vista patio door is an outstanding product.
If I felt we had a problem product we simply rip it out and do it again period (rare)

We are very extremely happy with the work done by Herman's aluminum Ltd. Ben , the sales rep was very helpful in helping us pick samples and colors and gave us very good advice on things we were not sure of. Walter the installer , was very experienced and it was very evident from the start that he took personal pride in doing a job right. Thoughout the project we were often approached by people walking by asking for the name of the company because watching Walter work for a few minutes, it was evident that he gave special care to every step of the instalation. Because of the care , it took a little longer to complete but the end result was more than we could have hoped for . We are constantly receiving compliments on the workmanship and how the house now looks . Even our window installers were impressed . Highly recommend this company if your looking to do work with Siding , eavestroughs or soffits.

Pot lights, Switches and Outlets
Antonio and his team were very professional and courteous. They take pride in their work and it shows in their workmanship. Every problem was solved with ease and proved that they have the experience to do the job and do it well. Having pot lights installed for the first time Antonio's guidance proved immeasurable. He really knew what he was doing and provided great suggestions on the best way to position them and get maximum lighting. We were extremely pleased with the end result .We highly recommend JAVA electric as they take customer service to a whole new level , very hard to find these days. We will definitely be using them again in the future.
