For years I have seen InStyle Kitchen & Bathrooms doing work in our neighbourhood. So, when it was time to do our own kitchen renovation, they were one of the companies we contacted. Now I understand why homeowners so often select them for such big and important jobs. Even though these guys are doing several jobs at once, they treat you as if you were their only client. They help you come up with a kitchen design that fits your needs and budget. They were always professional and accommodating. Everyone always showed up on time and they never left a mess. If we ever had a question or concern our phone calls were returned immediately. You always hear stories about construction jobs taking longer and costing more than expected. There were no surprise costs and our kitchen was actually finished ahead of schedule. About a week after our kitchen was complete, I dropped a heavy metal lid on the edge of one of the drawers and dented it. True to his word, Michael replaced the damaged drawer at no cost to us. Our renovation was actually done almost five years ago and it has stood the test of time - it still looks brand new!

Having waited until June, I called countless companies before I found the one - Mr Mow It All - able to fit my small yard into their busy schedule. Our lawn was such an eye sore and they transformed it into a thing of beauty within a matter of hours.

I interviewed several contractors and John was by far the most professional and courteous of them all. He was the only one that provided me with an itemized price list of all the work to be done. John and his crew are hard workers. They showed up every day at 9:00 and always left my place tidy. I am thrilled with the results. It looks better than I had imagined and I have John to thank. He often made suggestions about things we hadn't considered (better location for an existing radiator, wrong choice of tiles for intended use) and provided cost saving alternatives (lighting alternatives we hadn't considered). John was easy to work with. He never complained about changes we made along the way and when an unexpected problem arose he always found a solution. John always answered my calls the same day (often within minutes). I have already recommended him on two occasions and will certainly use him for any future renovations! P.S. His drywall finishing is flawless.

Spring Home is a company where everyone, from the receptionist, to the salesman, to the technicians, treats the customer with the utmost respect. When getting quotes for a new boiler I found most companies tried to talk me into getting the most expensive boiler and water heater combination. George discussed the pros and cons of all possible options and helped me navigate the difficult decision process. He was patient and took the time to make sure I understood my options and what would best meet my needs. The men who installed the boiler were very professional. They introduced themselves and explained everything that they did. They were tidy and very respectful of our property. They worked from 9:00 in the morning until 10:00 at night. And when the boiler wasn't initially working I feared we would be without heat overnight (in mid December). However, the remaining technician quickly diagnosed the problem (some faulty old parts) and fixed it quite inexpensively (and without complaining about having to stay until almost 11:00pm).
