Sonny was very helpful with providing all the necessary information to research my options and was very helpful in terms of assisting me with the measurements for the overall fireplace configuration, and midway when I felt the plan needed tweaking, again he was helpful in suggesting options and adjustments. Throughout the whole precise Sonny was very patient and I never felt any pressure during initial consultations or when I adjusted the plan. The installation team was professional and the installation went smoothly and quickly.

Gem replaced my window screens and provided a quote to replace a sliding door with a fire resistant door as per fire code (we ended up going with a fire escape instead in order to keep the sunlight provided by sliding door). in both cases, excellent customer service, easy and pleasant to deal with, and knowledgeable about fire codes to provide a quote for the appropriate door to meet code.
