We ordered 2 white doors. Upon installation we see they are blue tinged. Nordik tells me 'that's how they come.' Didn't know that and I was sold 'white' not blue. Company basically washed their hands, told salesman to deal with me. He found painter and wanted me to pay half to paint doors white. Unacceptable to me to pay another $500. Oh, and the installer put the locks on wrong and couldn't program the doors. We had to reinstall and set up locks ourselves. Moral of this story? Don't trust Nordik. They should have paid to paint it white, not expect me to install my own locks and pay more money to paint it. Bad service. Bad experience.

We have looked into your file and seen that your doors are a polytex white any other shade of white would result into a custom paint job charge. We do understand that our installers did not program the doors for you, The reason that our installers are not allowed to offer this service is due to the installers then having our customers pin numbers, Which would then result in a liability issue.
