I am very happy with my windows and doors, except for little problem regarding the screens that did not fit properly in the living room windows. The guy from GEM had been real determined to get them properly fitted...he would not give up...not at all. Yes to the screens fitting great. If I ever move to another house, you can bet that I'd get GEM Windows & Doors to replace the windows & doors. It was my friend who lives in Brampton, did recommend GEM to me.

Poor fitting screens can happen. It is a manufacturing issue, not a window company error, but you’re correct. We do not give up on getting things like this corrected for our customers.`
