By far the worst service I have ever seen or encountered in Calgary. The owner is rude, belittling, sarcastic and doesn't have his clients best interests. He uses excuses to cover up his work rather then actually dealing with the issues. After several basic complaints, even outlined in his contract of services he would provide, he uses a harsh tone to try and deal with the issues and didn't make us feel comfortable about having him provide his "services" for us. After several complaints about the ice on our sidewalk, they used the excuse that "every other driveway is the same." Which is untrue, since we were the only house on our street to receive a warning notice from the City of Calgary on our doorstep. After previously discussing this matter the company never came to deal with the matter and after the City of Calgary notice we gave them the benefit of the doubt that someone would come and deal with this. However, 2 weeks later and yet no one had come to deal with the matter. When trying to discuss with him the issue he complained that we had abused him for far too long. Sorry if a client has concerns about the services they should be receiving from the company anyways, and yet he is the one to deal with the matter in a harsh sarcastic tone so the abuse has been displayed both ways. I will NEVER recommended this company to anyone.
