The builder seems to have a krystal ball when repair resolution is required. Extremely poor post warranty service as Zancor likes to blame the home buyer for issues. Legal action and Tarion interactions are a must.

It is never the intention of Zancor Homes to provide our valued purchasers an unpleasant experience. As your builder we do strive to do the right thing but please understand when your hire contractors to do work in your home and they do an inferior job by damaging vapour barriers, displacing insulation and finally using interior grade pot lights in an exterior environment something is bound to fail. I have reviewed all pictures and documentation provided to me and this is without a doubt the direct fault of the contactor your hired taking short cuts. I suggest you have them come back to install the proper equipment as well as repair the damage they have cause to your insulated ceilings. I would even visit your home to explain where your contractor has gone wrong so you can point the areas out.
