Chris provided a no pressure quote for the job and was helpful in suggesting paint colors as well as different brands of paint that he could use all with a range of pricing to suit our budget.
It was around 10pm at night that I had noticed water coming up through my two drains in the basement of my house. I quickly checked out Homestars and found MayDay and Roy's contacts info. The next morning (the morning of a major snowstorm) I called Roy. He said he had a call in Markham in the morning (on the other side of the city from me) but that he would be able to make it around 1pm. Sure enough, Roy showed up before 1pm to inspect my backed up drains. He quickly used his drain snake to remove the clog in the pipes underneath my house. He was completely professional and charged me exactly what was quoted. I would highly recommend Roy and MayDay.
