Louie came over and gave me a quote on new garage doors. He up-sold me on a vinyl clad door saying it was a premium door with no maintenance to worry about since it was vinyl on the outside. Well, after having the doors for 2 months teh vinyl expanded in when the sun would shine on it and the doors buckled. I called Louie to look at it and he passed me onto his father who said that the garage doors werent supposed to be exposed to the sun and that I could get them replaced with the MDF version for the same cost. I paid a PREMIUM for these dorrs and all they could do is give me a lame excuse that an exterior door couldnt be exposed to the sun and that they wouldnt even credit me the difference between the lower cost door and this "premium" door? After a lot of painful negotiating Louie agreed to replace the doors with teh same vinyl clad doors that were "improved". Louie claimed that if we had another problem he would personally refund my money or replace them again. Well, after getting the new doors put it they again buckled and split as soon as the sun started shining on them. I called Louie to do something about it and he went missing. He didnt return phone calls or email and completely backed out of his word. TERRIBLE SERVICE, TERRIBLE QUALITY. THEY WERE NOT HONEST ABOUT THEIR SERVICE AND PRODUCTS AND DID NOT HONOUR THEIR WARRANTY. I am taking them to smalls claims court.
