Contractor hired by insurance company to repair my basement after water damages. Stopped showing up without any notice after work was not fully done. Given second chance after 12 weeks to come and complete work. Did not show up on agreed day. Said he lost his phone so... Third (Yes, third!) chance, showed up 20 min late. We send him home and will be getting someone else to do the job. As for what was done so far: Interior and exterior doors were not set right, keeps jamming. Did not insulate around exterior door, nor put brick molding or drip cap back. Had huge hole around the door all winter long. Many studs are off center and crooked. Bottom sill plates not ramset in concrete. Insulation that was put in between the studs had gaps between sheets of insulation and between insulation and studs. Cut off my security sensor wire and did not replace door sensors. And honestly, the list goes on and on about what is wrong and what has not been done yet... He was given plenty of chances to redeem himself, but in the end I guess he was not interested in doing this. Too bad...

Phoned many companies in the city to fix my sewer emergency (Main Sewer Line Backup). Most of them could not come till a week from now and would charge me a ridiculous amount because I live a few kilometers outside of the city limits. Andrew was not only willing to drive out here and not charge me extra, but he was also available the same day. He is a very professional gentleman that fixed the issue without me getting overcharged. I will recommend him to anyone and I will call him again if I need a plumber.
