We purchased a pool from the Ogilvie Rd Location in Ottawa and couldn't be happier!! The service was outstanding, the selection was great, but not overwhelming and we had a knowledgeable sales associate in Chris guiding us along the way to ensure we got exactly what we were looking for. The product quality is great and staff definitely know what they are talking about! We left knowing our project was in good hands and would be finished in good time with the highest quality service! I will be sending anyone who asks me about pools or spas to Mermaid Pools and if I ever require anything I will return. Thank you for making our purchasing experience easy, relaxed and fun!!
