First off, it's hard to speak to anyone on the phone to clarify questions or concerns. For my appointment the lady left me a message that she was running late about 30mins before the appt time. The message wasn't really clear on what time she would arrive, I called back and left a message with no response. I called irestify and no one picked up. Almost 2 hours later I wrote a very frustrated email to Irestify and it was only then that I got a call back from the company and eventually the cleaning lady. Imagine a 9am appointment not happening till almost noon. They did a great job cleaning but basically my plans for the day were ruined by a lack of communication from the company. I wouldnt recommend them for customers who value their time and appreciate effective communication.

My kitchen sink pipes were leaking and some parts had to be replaced. Sam asked me to e-mail him pictures of the pipes so he could understand the issue and buy the necessary parts. He is professional, reliable, polite and very knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing and had the problem fixed in no time at all. I wish I had called him sooner.
