Responded to "no heat" very quickly. The problem was assessed quickly and we were given several options for repair. We chose a new furnace which was installed later that same day.No mess was left behind. All of this done by Skype as we were on holiday out of Canada. Only negative would have been when they called us to ask the size of A/C when they could have gone outside and just looked. Other than that, I have no complaints.
