Chloe was very helpful and polite. that is the high point. no weigh bill provided, cost was approx 3000 over estimate. I know its hard to predict and list everything but it was quite a discrepancy. I would have liked some documentation skidoo arrived with a broken windshield caused by im guessing the shoe print on it. motorcycle - broken mirror, taped back on. box of electronics mia. pretty much everything they touched has some sort of scratch or scuff. I am just disappointed about stuff that could have been avoided with a little care
