An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I was looking to purchase an older home and called Vito from DSM Property Services for a home inspection. He came prepared with all his equipment and conducted a thermal inspection. That came in handy in one area of the home as it detected some missing insulation behind the walls. Vito spoke to me throughout the inspection, explaining his findings and offering recommendations. He was also available for questions after the inspection was completed. The report was sent to me that same day. I would highly recommend DSM Property Services.
