People STAY AWAY from this place! It is completely dishonest. I asked them for the estimate to repair my furnace and they told me it will be approximately $300 to replace the controller. The price sounded comparable and competitive with other services. The cost of the part is about $150 tax included, depends on what store you call. And the time that technician spent was 1.5h. Most would agree that hourly rate is about $100, give or take. So total would be about $300. And that matches the estimate that I was given. When I asked technician what is going to be the cost, he just said you will get the invoice. The invoice came 2 weeks later and it was $600. I called to dispute the invoice, thinking it was an error, but with no success. Service manager was even having the fun with it. I am very disappointed.

It appears that in this case there was some miscommunication and misunderstanding regarding the price. There is no excuse for this. We try to be as clear and up front as possible about prices - unfortunately there are sometimes unforeseen additional costs which change the originally quoted price. These additional charges should have been made clear to you before the work was performed and confirmed before our departure from your house – and for this we are also truly sorry.
