I went in to pick up toilet paper and paper towel for my business. I have never picked it up before but I have been having problems getting it delivered so I decided I would go pick it up. I walked into the office and immediately realized how it smelled like dog pee, as well as having the dog that was in the office bark it's head off. I then asked the ladies sitting behind the counter (one of whom was yelling at the dog to "SHUT UP") for my product. The lady that ended up helping me I'm pretty sure was speaking a completely different language than ENGLISH because I had the hardest time understanding her. I in turn got the wrong product and will NEVER deal with Turnmmore Sanitation again.
