We sustained a significant amount of damage to our basement as a result of flooding, due to burst water pipes. Cale Duguay, of Duguay's Works, was recommended to us by a friend. We contacted Cale, told him what the problem was, and that we needed some assistance immediately. Cale came to our house within 24 hours of our first phone call. He assessed the problem and offered a solution that was both sensible and reasonably priced. Cale and his assistant came to the house exactly at the agreed upon time, they were very respectful of our house and kept everything very clean and tidy the entire time they were in our house. The work they did was fantastic! They took apart, and disposed of, all the damaged materials, and rebuilt the damaged part of our basement to a level as close to perfection as one could expect. We are very impressed with the materials Cale used and the work that he did for us. We were also very impressed with the level of professionalism that Cale used throughout the entire process. We would highly recommend Duguay's Works to anyone who requires an excellent contractor to do any type of construction and/or renovation at your home. During the recent ice storm we sustained substantial damage to the water piping in our home. Our neighbor recommended we contact Mike Stieranka at MLS Plumbing. We contacted Mike and told him our problem. Although Mike was already extremely busy doing repair work for numerous other people, he fit us into his very busy schedule within a few days, which was fantastic as we hadn't had any water in our house for almost a week. Mike and his crew showed up on the day, and at the time agreed upon, assessed the damage/situation and got right to work. The workmanship, and materials used, were of the highest standards and Mike went well beyond what he had to do to get the house piping, and our water supply back together. Mike also installed a new dishwasher and toilet, replacing the ones that had been damaged by frozen water. You will not find nicer guys, who do better work if you try. These guys are fantastic and I would highly recommend Mike and his guys to anyone looking for an extremely good plumber. We are planning to do some renovations (a new bathroom) in the spring and MLS Plumbing will definitely be undertaking that work for us. Again, thanks Mike for a fantastic job. You guys are great!
